The Rural Transit Assistance Program (RTAP) provides a source of funding to assist in the design and implementation of training and technical assistance projects and other support services tailored to meet rural transit operators' needs.
Public Transit Division may be able to pay for associated training expenses for our transit partner's attendance at the Oregon Transportation Conference or other events, conferences, or trainings. Below, you can find an RTAP scholarship application.
