PAYMENT NOTICE: Due to the added costs of merchant fees, DMV offices only accept cash or checks and do not accept credit or debit cards; however, this office does offer an ATM in the lobby for your convenience.
PARKING NOTICE: Difficult or no parking for oversize vehicles and vehicle combinations.
SCHEDULE NOTICE: This office is closed for a mid-day lunch period (refer to the Hours of Operation section below for more details).

Your customer number must be called by 11:30 AM prior to lunch or 4:00 PM prior to closure in order to take the test.
Note: No one is allowed to accompany a customer into the testing area while a knowledge test is being taken except for interpreters.

Drive tests are by appointment only. If you would like to schedule an appointment, please call (541) 686-7855.

- The DMV office is located on the Right-hand side of 4th Ave before Greenwood St.
- There is limited or no parking available for oversize trucks or vehicle combinations.
Going East/West
- From East or Westbound 1st Ave, turn North on Ivy St (OR-99).
- Continue North on Ivy St for 3 blocks.
- Turn RIGHT (East) on 4th Ave.
- Continue East on 4th Ave for about 1.5 blocks.
- The DMV office is located on the Right-hand side of 4th Ave before Greenwood St.
- There is limited or no parking available for oversize trucks or vehicle combinations.
