The Governor’s Advisory Committee on DUII will meet Friday, Jan. 6 from 9 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. at the Department of Public Safety Standards and Training, 4190 Aumsville Highway SE in Salem. Agenda items include reports from several agency liaisons and a discussion about the 2013 legislative session. The Governor’s Advisory Committee on Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants is tasked with helping raise awareness of the dangers of DUII and getting communities more involved in reducing DUII. The group’s meeting is open to the public. Accommodations will be provided to persons with disabilities, and alternate formats of printed material are available upon request.
