The Oregon Passenger Rail Leadership Council will meet from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 21, at the Oregon Department of Transportation’s Human Resource Center located at 2775 19th St. S.E. in Salem. Items on the agenda include:
- Overview of the project and NEPA process.
- Identify the desired characteristics for the Project Manager and the Leadership Council facilitator.
- Appointment of Project Manager and Facilitator Interview subcommittee.
The Passenger Rail Leadership Council co-chairs are John Russell and Eugene Mayor Kitty Piercy. The Council members are:

- Mike Quilty, Rogue Valley Clean Cities Coalition
Meetings of the Passenger Rail Leadership Council are open to the public. Time will be available at the meeting for council members to hear public comments.
