Courteous driving is something that comes naturally to most Oregonians. Using turn signals, giving other vehicles space and passing cautiously are fairly common practice. But, safety rules aren’t one size fits all when it comes to sharing the road with extra wide, tall or heavy vehicles. Super size loads require special attention. ODOT’s Motor Carrier Transportation Division offers tips for safely sharing the road.
